# Joseph of Egypt — A Sci-Fi Reimagining

This is a reimagining of the biblical story of Joseph of Egypt, blending elements of science fiction, Ancient Egyptian culture, and K-pop to bring the characters to life and establish a new visual identity for the narrative.

The story takes place after World War III, in a world where Earth has become a dark and dangerous place. The only place that still has light — artificial light — is the Empire, located in the Orient.

With the advancement of technology, the Empire has developed robots capable of hunting down the inhabitants of the desert. Under the pretext of domesticating them and removing them from a hostile environment, these people are captured and turned into slaves.

In this new world, owning a human slave, classified by society as a “subhuman,” has become a symbol of status and prestige among the Empire’s upper classes.

It is against this backdrop that the story unfolds, following characters from the original biblical narrative: Joseph of Egypt, his brother Judah, Potiphar, Potiphar’s wife, and the Pharaoh, all reimagined through the aesthetics and elements of this futuristic universe.
